The productionprocedures are integrated with material inspection, mutualinspection, semi finished inspection, and finished test.Testing equipment includes leakageCurrent tester, capacitance measurement machine, withstand voltagetesting machine, light meter, high pressure machine etc.
Material: strict control onmaterial use, meet international requested starnard.100% inspectionon spare parts, like capacitor, diode, fans, resistors, flash tubeand so on before production. Semi-finished products inspection: mutualinspection during assembling. And functions inspection before 100%finished.
